Dr. Rahul Khare and Dr. Renata Gazzi lead the Innovative Vitality team. Together with Meredith Villarreal, NP, they deliver care that is far above what you’d find at a typical medical practice. Our team is passionate about helping patients improve their health.
While most primary care doctors only see their patients annually, or as needed, we schedule frequent check-ins to keep your health on track. This is important so we can make meaningful progress. Your first appointment will be in-person at our office so we take blood, measurements, and do an InBody analysis. Moving forward, 90 percent of your appointments can be done virtually, making it easy to follow up with your healthcare provider. The typical appointment schedule is as follows:
(or at the discretion of your medical provider)
Medical professionals have been trained to act when illness strikes. But wouldn’t it be great if we also focused more on preventing illness altogether? It’s not as if there is zero focus on prevention, but I think we can agree there is not enough focus on it either. Limits on time, insurance restrictions and other factors hinder our ability to deliver truly personalized care for patients. This needs to change. With our program, we can give you true longevity options to support anti-aging and that aim to lengthen lifespan. This includes evidence based supplements, whole body MRI, detailed genetic testing, cancer screening using state of the art methyl DNA blood testing, and even genetic mapping.
“Sometimes being in the “normal” range on lab work isn’t good enough. We should be striving for an optimal range instead, as doing so will go a long way in preventing illnesses such as heart disease and cancer.”
Insurance is accepted for all appointments and lab visits. We accept most major insurance plans.
The monthly care fee allows for longer appointments, text/email communication between provider and patient, body composition analysis (InBody®), and other services not covered by insurers.
Innovative Vitality requests a 12-month commitment from our patients.
Longevity medicine, or anti-aging medicine as it is also called, focuses on prevention, early detection and treatment of age-related diseases and conditions. The goal is to promote health span, the period in life in which an individual is healthy and free of age-related diseases. Longevity medicine uses a combination of medical treatments, lifestyle modifications and dietary changes to prevent or delay the onset of age-related health problems.
Yes. We accept most major insurance plans for appointments and lab tests. Because we spend more time with patients than insurers will cover, and because we offer numerous services that are not covered by insurance, we also charge a monthly care fee. This fee allows us to deliver a higher level of care.
We ask for a 12-month commitment to Innovative Vitality. This is important so we can take the time necessary to make meaningful progress toward your health goals. Patients will be asked to sign an agreement for the $250/month care fee. A 30-day notice is requested for any cancellations after the 12-month period.
Traditionally, you’d see a primary care physician annually for a physical, and only as needed beyond that. At Innovative Vitality, we meet with patients far more frequently so we can dive deep into their health, focus on prevention, and make meaningful progress toward their health goals. Our practice is dedicated to optimizing your health. We examine many health factors, including the following:
Insurance is accepted for all appointments and lab work. We charge a monthly care fee to account for the time and services that insurance will not cover. Our monthly care fee allows us to go above and beyond for your health, with:
While you are not required to see your medical provider weekly, it is advised in order to establish a strong relationship, build a foundation for success and make meaningful progress. Virtual visits make it easy to find time, as you can see your provider from home, work or while on the road. If this schedule still will not work for you, talk with your provider. We’d be happy to make a plan that suits your individual needs.
Your first appointment will be in person so we can do lab work and body composition testing while you are there. Subsequent appointments can be done virtually, with only occasional in person visits needed (at your doctor’s discretion).
