Longevity medicine is revolutionizing healthcare by focusing not just on lifespan but on healthspan—the years you spend feeling strong, sharp, and vibrant. We integrate the latest advancements in genetics, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and medical technology to slow aging, prevent disease, and help you stay healthier for longer.
At Innovative Vitality, our process is designed to set our patients up for success—each step of the way. Below is an overview of what we focus on in each phase to help you achieve your goals.

Our team sees fewer patients so we can spend more time with each person and devise a personalized care plan that is unique to your needs. Together, we’ll examine health factors that may impact lifespan such as:

Unlike most primary care doctors who see patients only once a year or as needed, we provide frequent check-ins to keep your health on track. Your journey begins with an in-person appointment at our office, where we conduct blood tests, take measurements, and perform an InBody analysis. After that, 90% of your appointments can be done virtually, offering flexibility while ensuring continuous support. The typical appointment schedule is as follows*

Medical professionals have been trained to act when illness strikes. But wouldn’t it be great if we also focused more on preventing illness altogether? It’s not as if there is zero focus on prevention, but I think we can agree there is not enough focus on it either. Limits on time, insurance restrictions and other factors hinder our ability to deliver truly personalized care for patients. This needs to change. With our program, we can give you true longevity options to support anti-aging and that aim to lengthen lifespan. This includes evidence based supplements, whole body MRI, detailed genetic testing, cancer screening using state of the art methyl DNA blood testing, and even genetic mapping.
“Sometimes being in the “normal” range on lab work isn’t good enough. We should be striving for an optimal range instead, as doing so will go a long way in preventing illnesses such as heart disease and cancer.”
Dr. Rahul Khare, the founder of Innovative Vitality, launched the practice alongside Dr. Renata Gazzi and Meredith Villarreal, NP, with a shared vision of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. They are now thrilled to welcome Dr. Monica Medrano and Dr. Preyasi Kothari to the team, further enhancing their ability to help patients optimize their health and achieve lasting well-being.
New patients pay a one-time initiation fee of $250, plus their monthly membership fee. If using insurance, you’ll also be responsible for any copay and deductible amounts as required by your plan.
As your provider, we’ll take a deep dive into your health to help you make meaningful improvements. Innovative Vitality requires a minimum membership commitment of 6-months (spoiler alert…you’ll be so happy you’ll want to stay longer).
Longevity medicine, or anti-aging medicine as it is also called, focuses on prevention, early detection and treatment of age-related diseases and conditions. Specifically, cancer, heart disease and dementia. The goal is to promote health span, the period in life in which an individual is healthy and free of age-related diseases. Longevity medicine uses a combination of medical treatments, lifestyle modifications and dietary changes to prevent or delay the onset of age-related health problems.
Yes. We accept most major insurance plans for appointments and lab tests. Because we spend more time with patients than insurers will cover, and because we offer numerous services that are not covered by insurance, we also charge a monthly care fee. This fee allows us to deliver a higher level of care.
We ask for a 12-month commitment to Innovative Vitality. This is important so we can take the time necessary to make meaningful progress toward your health goals. Patients will be asked to sign an agreement for the $250/month care fee. A 30-day notice is requested for any cancellations after the 12-month period.
Traditionally, you’d see a primary care physician annually for a physical, and only as needed beyond that. At Innovative Vitality, we meet with patients far more frequently so we can dive deep into their health, focus on prevention, and make meaningful progress toward their health goals. Our practice is dedicated to optimizing your health. We examine many health factors, including the following:
Insurance is accepted for all appointments and lab work. We charge a monthly care fee to account for the time and services that insurance will not cover. Our monthly care fee allows us to go above and beyond for your health, with:
While you are not required to see your medical provider weekly, it is advised in order to establish a strong relationship, build a foundation for success and make meaningful progress. Virtual visits make it easy to find time, as you can see your provider from home, work or while on the road. If this schedule still will not work for you, talk with your provider. We’d be happy to make a plan that suits your individual needs.
Your first appointment will be in person so we can do lab work and body composition testing while you are there. Subsequent appointments can be done virtually, with only occasional in person visits needed (at your doctor’s discretion).
